About Katherine Robinette

Katherine became involved with employee engagement and company culture work because she realized that the same skills and tools she was using as a marketer to discover great clients and nurture client relationships were the same skills and tools that help attract and keep great employees. It is marketing and business development used inside the organization to build culture from within. 

She has been studying the employee experience since 2007, helping companies drop the battle of making changes and bring everyone to the table. Sought out for her ability to help others shed the armor, define goals, and build effective systems and processes, Katherine shares her 5-step TABLE framework with humor and empathy, underscoring that anyone can create intentional culture from any position in the organization with the right tools and mindset.
