Payment and Cancellations
Payment terms for consulting services, client projects, and speaking engagements will be outlined in the applicable agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling requests for services or speaking engagements must be submitted in writing. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in the applicable agreement.
Workshops and Events Organized by Keystone and Raven
Registration fees for online courses, workshops, webinars, masterclasses, and live events organized and produced by Keystone and Raven are generally non-refundable due to limited seating and planning commitments. Payment is due as described at checkout.
If an event is disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, technology interruptions, or other emergencies, participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible. Information regarding rescheduling or alternate arrangements will be provided as soon as feasible.
If you are unable to attend a registered event, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. When possible, registrations may be transferred to another attendee or a future session at Keystone and Raven's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, including presentation materials, frameworks, blog posts, course materials, and digital downloads, is the intellectual property of Keystone and Raven, LLC and Katherine A. Robinette unless otherwise noted. Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, or modified without prior written permission.
The exception is sharing or reposting social media content through native social media platform functionality (such as reposting, sharing, commenting, or cross-posting) without materially altering the original content.
