Katherine Robinette develops practical, human-centered frameworks that help leaders, managers, and teams make meaningful change without losing trust, clarity, or momentum.
Each model below is part of her proven process for building workplaces where people thrive.
Purpose: Simplify adoption and build momentum for organizational, department, and/or team change.
The TABLE Framework™ is a five-step model that helps leaders turn bold ideas into shared action. It guides teams from vision to sustained implementation through:
Target the Goals — Define the purpose, scope, and stakes of the change.
Assess and Address Expectations — Assess your readiness to achieve your goals; proactively inquire and address stakeholder expectations.
Build Simplicity — Create integration approaches that fit into daily routines.
Lean into Trust A.C.T.s™ — Frequent, honest communication and meaningful contribution to build long term trust.
Evaluate and Adapt — Regularly measure progress, hold each other accountable, adjust course as needed when circumstances change.
Developed by Katherine Robinette, the TABLE Framework™ has been used by organizations across industries to align teams, simplify complexity, and maintain trust through change.
The TABLE Framework™ also serves as the foundation of Katherine’s signature keynote, Shed the Armor: Make Epic Change Without the Battle.
Purpose: Strengthen delegation, trust, and accountability in leadership and teams.
The PLATES Framework™ helps leaders delegate effectively by balancing authority, clarity, and empowerment. It stands for:
P – Priority & Purpose — Why are we doing this, and why now?
L – Level — What level of skill, responsibility, or authority does this require?
A – Alignment — Who’s best positioned to do this well—or grow by doing it?
T – Time & Tools — What resources are needed to succeed, and how can they be accessed?
E – Expectations — What does success look like, and how will it be measured?
S – Sweep (remove) — What no longer belongs on anyone’s plate? What no longer serves and can be removed?
Leaders use the PLATES Framework™ to help the right work happen at the right level, freeing time for strategic focus while strengthening team capability.
Purpose: Build trust during uncertainty, change, or crisis.
Trust A.C.T.s™ is a communication and action framework for leaders during challenging moments. It centers on three pillars:
Authority — Consistently communicating who is making decisions, how, and why.
Contribution — Inviting others to participate in decisions, planning, and integration; valuing input and feedback; and supporting the team/employees through challenges.
Truth — Providing clear, honest information, even when it’s tough, and proactively addressing concerns.
People experience these pillars through their own personal filters:
Stability: Does this feel reliable and reasonable?
Consistency: Is this aligned with what’s come before?
Safety: Do I feel secure and respected?
What feels stable or safe to one person might feel shaky or unsafe to another. That means even clear communication can feel tone-deaf if it doesn’t land through someone’s unique perspective. Leaders who understand these filters can shape their messages and actions to truly connect and build trust.
Purpose: Redefine perspectives and expectations about time management for sustainable performance.
GPS: Grace. Pace. Space.™ helps leaders and teams find their rhythm amid competing demands by reflecting and building a shared vocabulary around three dimensions:
Grace — Examine beliefs about work, effort, and productivity; clarify expectations for yourself and others.
Pace — Notice your natural energy cycles and boundaries; adjust when to process, pause, pivot, or recover.
Space — Protect time for focus, creativity, connection, and collaboration; distinguish what’s urgent from what truly matters.
This model invites reflection, boundary-setting, and restoration, which is key to long-term productivity and trust.
