At some point, everyone must get up in front of a group and say something important. This training helps employees build confidence, presence, influence, and impact through presentation skills designed specifically for everyday and workplace needs.
Created by renowned public speaker, Jess Ekstrom, this certified training is hands-on and practical. The focus is on mindset, message clarity, and delivery. And while the Mic Drop WorkFORCE® mission is to help women conquer their speaking fears and thrive professionally, the tools and techniques are effective for all participants.

During periods of change, teams look to leaders for clarity and stability.
When that guidance is missing, even well-intentioned initiatives can stall or create unnecessary friction. When leaders focus on building trust — through clear authority, meaningful contribution, and truth — change becomes more manageable, humane, and effective.
From setting up planning and implementation teams to providing the right communication, input opportunities, and decision-making clarity, leaders set the tone for how an initiative unfolds.
Learning Outcomes:
90-120 minutes, online or in person

When decisions get revisited or reversed;
When strategic plans stall during implementation;
When managers talk about low productivity, low morale, and low engagement;
When STAR players receive more attention than TEAMs…
Leaders — with and without titles — fill in the gaps.
Good people burn out.
Urgency and movement stand in for progress and momentum.
That’s a system in need of a redesign — and it’s a challenge that can be fixed without burning everything down and starting over.
In this session, leaders use the Six Dynamics of Conviction™ — clarity, connection, trust, agency, alignment, and traction — as a diagnostic, planning, and activity framework. They map real work as it exists today, identify where decisions, communication, and ownership are breaking down, and design targeted shifts that change how work moves — not just how it’s discussed.
Participants apply the Six Dynamics to a current leadership challenge.
The focus is on changing leadership behaviors that shape the work environment and processes — so the system supports people, and people can function at their personal and collaborative best.

This training is typically delivered after leaders and teams have worked with me and are ready to formalize how leadership operates across the organization.
After working closely with leadership teams, a clear pattern emerges: when leaders don’t share the same filters for decisions, communication, and priorities, friction shows up everywhere.
Founders have one advantage over team-based leadership: they know why they’re doing what they’re doing. Their decisions, direction, actions, and communication all run through the same internal filter — and point toward the same destination.
In team-based leadership environments, that shared filter is often missing. When it is, misalignment shows up in decisions, priorities, communication, and execution.
Leaders can choose to strengthen their core by developing their Core Leadership Elements: Mindset, Methods, Metrics, and Mood. These are teachable, transferable tenets that act as filters for leadership — helping teams make decisions and move in the same direction with less friction.
This training codifies leadership patterns that already exist, so they can be used consistently across the organization. It is designed for groups who want to align quickly and get back to the business of running the business, knowing they are speaking the same language and working within the same parameters.
Learning Outcomes:
2-3 hours, in person, with ongoing consulting as desired
